Coot Lake Long Run

When: Sunday 8:30 AM

Where: Park at Tom Watson Park.  East side of 63rd by Coot Lake. 

Who:  Everyone!  All HTS athletes as well as friends and newcomers are welcome to join for the long run.

Running Route: There are several options of trails, loops, and roads that start from Coot Lake.  The general loop is a run around the Boulder Reservoir and Eagle Trail before running Niwot Road back to 63rd (approximately 12 miles).  Those runners going longer can add on towards the Grange/Neva Road for approximately a 20 mile run.  There are many options to make the run shorter or longer for those that need different distances.

Support:  Coach Hudson will be driving a van with your water bottles, gels, and whatever other gear you need.
